Hello Hello, I'm 23 and 5'2''....I randomly stumbled across this site while looking for low-cal meals...and since I was already keeping track of my calories I figured this would help me do so without using up paper. When I started paying attention to my food intake I was 165. That was over a week ago. I'm down to 162-160 as of yesterday. I would like to get enough weight lost that I shock my parents when I go home for christmas in December. To achieve that I really only need to lose about 10-15 more, I'm hoping to eventually get down to my target goal weight of around 115-120 eventually.
I'm not adhering to a 'diet' in all technicality, just a severely modified way of eating (much healthier than before!)
