I have been a member for two weeks and have found this site so helpful, not only in keeping me honest by me writing down everything I eat but also in all the articles, recipes and members stories.

I have lost 2 and half kilos so far and this has motivated me to keep going. I have also taken my measurements so I can keep track of my size.

I find that I can still treat myself to a lunch out and even have a pudding but can stay within my calorie limit. I also make sure I am having fresh veggies and fruit on a regular basis.

This site has given me so much help in the two weeks I have been a member, I love looking up recipes for ideas, reading members success stories and adding to my food and activity log. This is the first time in ages I have been able to change my way of eating and stick to it.

I don't like to think of this as a diet, rather that I have changed the way I eat, reduced the junk food and have found great recipes to eat healthier and tastier without gaining weight.

Hi Jax!!

Sounds like you are off to a good start!  The site is wonderful isn't it....I find it helpful as well to be accountable for everything I take in.
