I am new to the site and am hoping to meet people who can help me stay motivated to loose weight. I am two dress sizes from my goal weight and know with a little praise, I just might be able to reach this goal!
I don't exercise as much as I would like too, but would love any helpful tips. I am all about routines such as.... what machines to use, at what weight, and how many reps.. so please do share! I'm in the process of finding a regime that works well for me. I wouldnt say that I am overweight, but I do want to be able to be more comfortable in my own skin. 30 pounds is what I am aiming to loose, and I think would give me a lot more self confidence in not only myself but a new outlook on my life.
So please share any helpful hints or suggestions. :) Great to meet you and I wish you all luck in on this weight loss journey!
