My name's Shari. I am a new mother of a beautiful baby girl Victoria Rose as of May 13th, 2009.  I haven't been able to shed my baby weight just yet, plus I packed on a few extra pounds.  I figured this site could help me along the way to recovery!!!  I really need all the support I can get.

I am there with you girl, having a baby is so hard to loose the weight! I have a seven month old. I guess my problem is that I have no energy because of the lack of sleep and no time for real exercise because he is everywhere! Good luck with your weight loss
