I just joined this group and decided I should introduce myself. I'm 27, 5'2", 128 pounds. I'm not chunky by any means but I'm also not an Olsen twin. I'd like to find a happy median. I am shooting for 115 pounds. I have a medium body frame so I think this is a good weight for me. I'm currently battling pneumonia so I'm limited in my physical activity. I am usually very good about watching what I eat. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

JennH get well before you embark on any diet plan. You probably will have an easy time taking off the extra weight because you are young and your metabolism will cooperate! Watch your carbs and up your activity and you will have no problem taking off the weight. Good luck and keep me posted!
