Hello everyone! I just started a Clean Eating challenge for myself today and found this website to help keep me on task. I exercise on a regular basis, but I still eat a bunch of bad foods and I'm sure this is the reason why I haven't lost any weight despite increasing my activity. I'm about 20-25 lbs over my goal weight so I'm hoping that keeping track of my food will help me achieve this.
Good luck everyone and just say no to Chacho's nachos...
