Not knowing your stats, it is hard to judge.  What is your height and current weight?  What is your goal?  What kind of exercise do you do daily?

Try to remember that overall, you want to lose weight slowly by changing your lifestyle.  1-2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss...but again it depends upon where you are starting.  For those that start out heavier, they may experience a weight loss up front of 2-3 lbs a week.  For someone more toned, they may struggle to lose .5-1 lbs a week.

CC has some good calculators/tools.  Start somewhere and just remember to be honest w/ yourself when you put in your exercise and level of energy expended...are you sedentary? active? etc.

Good luck!
