Hi there, I'm Hyl.
Hi everyone. My name is Hyl. I joined because I am in recovery for anorexia/bulimia. I'm trying to learn more about nutrition to help me as I try to incorporate some of the necessary foods that I cut out of my diet. I am a vegan, so I'm trying to get nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains back into my diet since they are pretty essential.
I hope that it's okay that I joined. I'm not "pro-eating disorder" or anything, obviously...I'm trying to get better. I thought it would be a good idea for me to surround myself with sensible people who can help me with some of my health and nutrition questions to maybe help alleviate some of the fears I have.
