you will win the war. but you must have faith and develop willpower. that my freind, IS the ONLY secret to weight loss (if any)....your willpower, and yours alone. don't worry, its easy. try to look at it as a permanent lifestyle change rather than a quick fix( in which you will regain weight and end up feeling worse)....once you do this, you will STAY in shape LONNNNNGGGGGGG after you lose your weight and even live a healthier, happier life. My best wishes to you my freind!! Good Luck!...its a great idea to do at least 30 mins 6 out of 7 days a week of either jogging, walking, treadmill, elliptical,...anything cardio (even biking makes it fun). also, try to eat 5-6 small meals a day including lots of bulky fruits and vegetabes, whole grains, etc, and DRINK ONLY WATER!!!!...green tea is also good for revving up your metabolism (no sugar or milk)....just dont drink it 3-4 hours before bed. Thats my best advice buddy!! GOOD LUCK!...lookin for a freind? add me! Pvt msg me for msn or yahoo chatSmile
