Hi. My name is Andrea and I am 21 years old. I'm trying to loose 15-20 lbs. I recently found out that I am at a higher risk than others to become a diabetic. I love my sweets, and I love my carbs. I had a condition when I was 16 that forced me to eat all the time. Now, I'm trying to break the habit, because it's done a 180 on me. Anyone else just looking to break bad habits, get healthy, and maybe loose a few on the way? Smile

I noticed you haven't filled out your profile yet.
You will want to do that since it is the first place people can go to learn a bit about you.
In addition, if you have friends join CC they cannot search for your profile if it isn't completed :)

hey i have just run into this site and am going to try to track my habits here for while i am trying to get back into healthy habits once again- i have had my points in the past of healthy and unhealthy ways of losing weight and now that i have gained most of the weight i once had back i am trying to lose it the right way.  I am trying to lose 20-30 lbs, 5'11, 175 lbs...yeah im 21 as well-
