Hi everyone! I'm Sophie, and by the end of April I hope to go from 128 lbs to 105 lbs! I hope that you guys can all give me some support, and in turn I will offer you all of the support that I can offer!

Sophie, That sure does sound like a lot of weight to lose by April.  Good Luck!

I too started at 128 on Jan 6th.  I'm now at 122 and hope to be 116 by April.  Don't forget, as long as you're honest about all your calories and eat less calories than you burn you will lose the weight.  Also think of how healthy you'll be.  Eat plenty of veggies to keep you brain going. 105 will come.

Hi Elaine, I'm not very knowledgeable about the whole background and logistics of weight loss--that is just an ideal weight, do you think I'm crazy in hoping to lose 23 lbs by April? If so, I would really appreciate the input/advice, thanks!

I don't think you're crazy for having big weight loss goals.  You're the one who knows your body the best.  The only advice I think you should hear is that if you don't get there in April, remember that the weather will be nicer and you can really pump up your weight loss by exercising outdoors.  I'm sure you'll see 105 by bathing suit season. 

Actuallt that is not a bad goal, I read that it is healthy to lose up to two pounds a week, and if you do that you will almost reach your goal!! Good luck!! :)
