Hi :) I'm 21 years old and about 5'5 and I weigh 145lbs.

I 've always been just a little bit overweight which has made my self-esteem pretty low! Always when I lose a few pounds it really boosts up my self-esteem and now my goal is to lose this extra fat permanently! 

I have a really busy schedule so I don't have a lot of time (or the money) to go to the gym.. Any exercise you recommend?
