Hiii.... I want to join this group to stay focused on my goals, get support, give support, and hold myself better accountable to my goals!
I am still around 208 lbs, my heighest weight ever was 209 and I think I am still near that. At one time last year I think... I lost weight and got down to 190 but then I broke the routine and gained it back... I would like to get down to about 150. I am 5'4. I have 3 teenagers who aren't into cooking but love home made food..who doesn't..it makes it tougher to stay on track as they need heary meals to keep them satisfied. Other wise they will eat constantly. My boyfriend works out of town and stays with me on weekends, we always eat take out. I usually keep it modest just ordering stir fried veg and maybe and egg roll or two - I know those are pretty greasy...weekends are often sabatoged but I would like to turn that around, and make that a time to plan my week ahead meals and some excercise! I need to track well and get into the habit of excersizing daily! Here goes!!!
