Hi I am a new member...

Hi all!  I am a new member!  My name is Jen and I have lost about 40 pounds over the last 6 months.  I am slow but sure!  I still have about 170 more to lose till I get in my goal!  We are a military couple and live in Hawaii and I love it here!  God is so good.  Have a blessed day!

Hi Jen - My name is Debbie, site name is 208kepi130. You may know that the middle word is my name in Hawaiian. I visited Hawaii in 2002 as my sister is also in the military. She and her husband at the time were stationed in Hawaii for I believe three years. No way I was going to miss that visit . My sister is remarried but still in the Military. She is in the Army and I believe is a Major. Maybe one step higher but not sure the title, so let's go with Major. She is now stationed in Maryland but will be moving next year.

I LOVED Hawaii. I have been overweight my entire life and am tired of every summer being the only one in jeans, socks and sneakers. UGH. So, here I am. In Hawaii each day I wore less and less clothes as it was so beautiful and I kept telling myself, well I will never see these people again. Very liberating.

I have done almost Every diet and/or fad diet imaginable. I did lose 40 lbs over a summer doing Weight Watchers (going to meetings and walking an hour a day) but as with everything, if I need to redo something, it never works as well as the first time.

So here I am, 43 years old, 5'3" and SW 208 CW202 GW130 (hense he numbers in my name)
