12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy?inconsistency of a healthy diet and overeating
13. Weight/Fitness Goal? not as ambitious as calorie counter set for me but I'd like to be around 135 - 140 with lots of lean muscle  calorie counter says for my height etc. I should be 127.  I believe that is too low to look good with the muscle I already have and maintaining it would be self defeating  I've been down as low as in the 150's a few years ago with ALOT of muscle and felt I could go another ten or so by not 20+ and still look good and be healthy
