Hi from a new poster in Florida

I just started on the road to healthier eating a couple of weeks ago... I haven't 'dieted' in years because I tend to slip into a rather unhealthy attitude to things - I'm an all-or-nothing person... this time I'm doing it properly - with regular exercise to improve my fitness, and healthy eating (not starving myself or crash-dieting).

I'm 36 years old, 5'6" and 260 pounds, about 15 pounds heavier than I was when I got married three years ago. In the spirit of not obsessing I'm not looking for some utterly unattainable goal weight (the automatic suggestion had me dieting until 2010!) I'll be more than happy if I can get to 200 pounds and/or go down a few dress-sizes.
