Hi, newbie looking for buddies...

Hi!

I'm Evie from the UK and I'm here to hopefully lose 25 lbs. I have struggled with my eating before and paid a high price by weighing more than I have ever before.

So, I have come here to make a positive change: to finally accept a healthy way of eating and create a healthy, fit body...just like every one of you out there too!

I would really like to try and see how having a weight-loss buddy will help so if anyone else would like to also try it...drop me a message...I'd like to very much!

Good luck to everyone here...I hope you are successful and happy!

Hi

I am trying to stay on track, and would be willing to do the buddy thing, anything to help I know how hard my target is gong to be to reach but i have determination and conviction on my side.  My goil is 130 for a 5'3.5" person, and i really want to get there.  25 lbs! HELP me too. I have been told i am an inspirational person, and i always have a positive attitude!

another new person great, i would love to be a contact for help and support!

I just quit smoking and drinking and eating bad foods LOL Even cut men out of my life. My only pleasure now is the gym and I never thought I would say that . I'm getting happier everyday because I am feeling better and I am starting to crave healthy foods and I can't go a day without the gym. Its all in your head its pretty easy if you put your mind to it , so just get to that state and you will do great!!!

You go girl, i had a job close to a gym once and for 5 years i was there every Tue & Thu for 4 to 5 hours, work-out, yoga, swim for half an hour in the pool and then the tanning bed... those were the healthyest 5 years of my life.  I made some fantastic friends that i still keep in touch with.  I played racketball and loved it.  Now i work out at home every day but i sure miss the people!
