Hi from the Philadelphia area!
I am not exactly a new member, just new to the forums. I decided it would be best to give up on books and move onto people's experiences. I have been using the calorie counts tools for about a year and I've lost somewhere between 10-20lbs in the last year, possibly more over time. I am unsure exactly how much I've lost because I hated getting on the scale, and different doctors scales gave me different numbers. I can say it's been at least 10 thanks to Wii fit's tracking system lol.
I am happy as a pig in mud because now I can shop in the regular petites woman's section for everything!
Dieting and exercise have been crucial. And why it seems like I've lost a lot more weight, it seems that it just migrated lol. If that makes any sense... I won't loose weight for awhile, but during that time my clothes become looser? Weird!! Did this happen to anyone else? I (perhaps wrongly) attribute it to muscle gain. Because since I started swimming I haven't lost much but I dropped 2 pants sizes.
