I had posted about this yesterday but no replies :-(

I lost 10 lbs in the first month or so and now since 2 months i have not lost a single lb.

I workout for 5-6 days a week and eat good..about 1200--1500 calories in a day depending upon my activity.

Please suggest something...Please...I am 5'1, 28 yrs and 168lbs.

Any diet ideas or workout routine would be welcome...

My goal is 128 lbs by this year end.

Pleasssssssssssssssseeeeeeee helllpppppppp.

According to this BMR calculator http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/   your BMR is 1540.9. And most people on here are going to tell you the same thing which is 'dont eat below that' Personally I dont think it hurts to eat a LITTLE below your BMR, but since you are working out on top of that you should eat a little more maybe.

Also, I would start watching to see if you're having to many carbs, fats, or sugars. Try eating more protein and less carbs. Of course you can always have more carbs on the days you work out because carbs=energy. Depending on your workout you could also be gaining muscle. Try taking your measurements and see if you're losing there.

Don't give up. I think it may take some time for your body to catch up with your 10 pound weight loss. From what I've read, plateaus every 10 lbs is very common. Just keep with it.

I don't know what your exercise routine is, but switching it up is always helpful for me. If you're working out hard, take some time off. If you're working out light 20-30 minutes try 40 or so.

Also, if I eat whatever I want for a day or two, the following week (eating super healthy) the lbs. come off.

Good luck.
