Hi my progress & effort
OK well I am a lurker I frequent here often & just love all the people here & support most give out to one another. I moved back to Michigan & gained 20lbs that's a ton when you're 4'11". So decided to do something. There is a contours in the complex I work in. I joined... Love it! Slowly Slow slow. Read the Curves book I got from the library & was very inspired, started controlling portions & carbs & it started to shift ever so slowly. Now I go to a little club house & do the elliptical & bike for a total of over 250 Cal's burned morning & night plus contours every day that I'm in town besides on Sunday.
Was doing light carb but not no carb, not working for me so I must be an old fasioned girl & cout up cals, had been far over eating.
So far I took 2.5 inches off the waist and 2 inches off the hips. Now to the thighs ![]()
Hope every one is doing well losing bodyfat for the holidays.
any one else work out at contours or curves?
