Hello everybody..
I'ts been 5 months since i gave birth to a beautiful daughter.. Early on in my pregnancy i vowed to give her breast milk as much as possible..
Only.. I didn't know, or realize that i would be losing a lot of weight doing that.
I've lost 20 pounds (plus minus 10 kg) till now..
Most of my life i've been slim, and didn't have no problem with that.. But now, 5.7" and at 99 pounds.. I look emaciated..
After googling a bit, i happened upon this site, and really loved it.. Been a mamber for a while, but didn't really do anything about my weight loss, until I got fed up about all the rude remarks about my weight.. So here I am.. I'll be keeping track of my ingested calories, and will keep on browsing for a good eating plan, chockfull of calories.. I intend to put on 1 kg a week, and will try to keep y'all updated..
Are there more people trying to gain? I'd love to hear your stories, techniques, and results..
Hi my name is Cecilia i had the same problem, i ended up having to stop breast feeding cause i couldnt eat enough to keep me healthy. When i got pregnant i weighed 120. At 9 months pregnant i weighed 155. 1 week after i delivered i lost all my baby weight and i kept loosing. Now im at 115 and i cant seem to gain any but im not loosing so i guess thats good. Im trying to gain like 5 to 10 pounds at least. So if u have any kind of secret thats working let me know!
Hello. I'm 26 years old and my baby is now 7 months. I can fit into a child size 14/16. I'm 5'4" and barely over 100lbs. I just found this site today and I'm hoping to gain sizes (not pounds). My goal is to be able to shop in the women's section, not Juniors or, even worse, childrens. With my pregnancy at the heaviest I was 136lbs. 3 weeks after delivery I was back down to 105.
I hope we are both successful in our goals. Keep posting to let me know how you're doing and if you find something that works. I'll do the same.
Good Luck!
