Today's Hungry Girl newsletter has fiber snacks ( hungrygirl.com ) they're a bit lower in calories than that, but you could eat a couple of 'em...
Call me crazy, but I like to snack on Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal. 160 calories per cup and 14 grams of fiber. It's also a good topper for yogurt.
La Tortilla Factory tortillas (the large ones) have 80 calories and 14 grams of fat. I LOVE them. :)
where do you buy them Kirs?
uh kris.. they have 14 grams of fiber.. not fat!  hah.. :)

all the grocery stores around me carry them too.. and they are great!  :)
spinach?

fruits?

vegetables of other varieties
I love Fiber One cereal. I'll eat it plain or in yogurt. A 1/2 cup of Fiber One has 60 calories and 14 grams of fiber.
My favourite is Kellogg's All-Bran Original.

1/2 cup has 81 calories and 9.9 grams of fiber.
I LOVE the Quaker Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookies.  They are pretty big and taste really good!  They have 180 calories and 15 grams of fiber.  They have apple cinnamon ones too but I haven't tried those yet.
I second tha Becb... I snack on it daily!!
I love All-Bran Buds with Soy Dreams Vanilla Soy Milk. It's 70 calories and 12g of fiber for 1/3 cup of the buds and 100 calories with 2g of fiber and 7g of protein for 1 cup. Soooooo tasty!
fruit!
Clarifiying the La Tortialla Factory Tortillas are the "low fat" variety.  The large ones are 80 cals and the small ones are 50 - I put 1.2 cup egg beaters rolled up in the tortilla - yummy.

Oatmeal is a good high fiber food too.

Fruit and veggies are great too.
We have some Weight Watchers "Flakes 'n Fiber With Oats" cereal in the house right now that's got 9 grams per serving, and only 90 cals.  I don't like the texture of it much, myself, but maybe you'll like it more than me.
