What should i have that is high in protein?

Ok, i have had my carbs and fat for the day. What i need is more protein. I was going to have some salmon for dinner with a salad and some veggies but i entered the recipe and it shows that salmon is mostly made up of fat? What the ???  :/

I dont know what to do?  What should i have For dinner that is high in protein and low in fat?

how many grams protein do you need? how many calories do you have left to spare? 

yes, salmon has a lot of fat, but it's primarily the good omega fats.
Its the healthy fat...its up to you.  I dont worry so much about my percentages if I know that I am eating healthy fats like salmon and nuts.  These are important in removing the bad fats.  I eat alot of other fish like tilapia and blue hake (white fish).  They are about 20 cals per ounce and virtually no fat.
I still wouldnt worry so much about the salmon : )

I have had 981 calories for the day with 59g Fat, 129g carbs and 51 protein.

I am trying to cut down on carbs and fat but if i have the salmon it would be around 68 fat and 61 protein!!

i am eating less because i had light activity today since i have 2 major tests tomorrow!!
My fat grams are always higher than my protiens and I have lost 40 pounds.  I think the push for protein is highly overrated.  Just my opinion.
Eat the salmon.
