High Protein Low Fat foods
I am trying a low carb diet because I took a food anaysis quiz and it said that I don't get enough protein. I have struggled with my weight all my life and have always eaten a low fat diet so I thought I would try increasing protein but am having trouble finding low fat protein foods.

Tuna, fat free cottage cheese or yogurt, tofu, and egg whites. :)
Heres a LINK from the SB thread for foods in 2week phase1 and includes at the beginning the protein foods. SB includes healthy fats but they are typically in the nuts and listed oils while the other items (meats, cheeses) are lower fat items.
Further down there are foods for phase2 for healthy carbs too since low carb usually emphasises the good ones.

Thanks for all the info. I didn't realize what the SDB was but I will definately give it a try since it sounds exactly like what I'm looking for.
Remember, fat isn't always bad... we need about 15%-20% of our calories to come from fat to stay healthy!
Anyways... some lean meats that are low in fat are chicken breasts, a lot of varieties of fish and shellfish, lean red meat like flank or round steak, and turkey breasts... then - almost any low-fat dairy product has a decent amount of protein as well. I drink two cups of skim milk and get 16 grams of protein from that alone! You'll be surprised at how often protein comes up on the back of nutrition labels.
