i think mine was around 305 lbs at one point which i now look back on and realize i was literally killing myself. saddening.
I'm 5'8... the highest I went was probably about 190, although the highest I actually saw on the scale was 186. I was at school and scale-less when I decided to do something about it.
I'm 5'8" also, and the highest I weighed was 184 in college (i put on 40lbs freshman year) then got down to 128 and now 20 years later I am at 172.5 so I am going to try to get back down between 130-140 this year and stay there.
I'm 5' 8'' and i think my highest was 287. I started the year at 270 and have managed to drop 25 lbs more lbs so far. I've still got a whopping 115 lbs to go...I decided to take this whole year just for me and try to get my health back. This food logging has helped me so much. I never realized how much the little things add up to, lol! And I never thought of beverages as having calories...Anyhow, I'm doing really good so far and I just won a 6 week challange at my gym. Yay me! I hope I keep it up, heh... :)
221 lbs back in 7th grade. 'Tis sad... Good thing I'm neva eva gonna be that high again! I'm having too much fun being a healthy individual! Woot!
180 in January 2006, I'm 5'6" and I'm down to 159, my goal is 150, although the website gave me a goal of 139. . . that'd be fine with me!
120 when I was 13 and in school, now I'm not in school and weigh about 107 varying between 108 and 95. I'm trying to get up to 113. My height is 5'3''

145 @ 5'6, granted not very overweight, but I wasnt happy with the way I looked.
did some crash carb diets by advise of my mother for quick weight loss, then realized that wasn't for me, i felt like crap after hotdogs and cheese sticks for weeks.
got healthy, and been at it since.

mine was 151 at 5'3". it doesn't seem very big, but i wasn't comfortable in my own skin! i'm at 136 now and steadily heading for 120!
I'm 5'7 3/4 highest weight 170 Oct. 05 I had always been a skinny girl. During my divorce I got depressed and lost a lot of weight. Went down to 110. I started dating a while in and gained a lot of weight. Then seems over the last few years I kept gaining. So Oct of 05 I came here started exercising and last 20 pounds. I noticed this past Christmas I had gained 3 of those pounds back I lost 2 pounds and signed up on here again. I am now down 9 more pounds and weigh 142. :)

I've always been overweight, but I always managed to stay between 160-175. I started writing a book in Aug. 2005 and (due to all the sitting and writing) I went from 175 to 226 in 1-1/2 years! Ouch!
I was so uncomfortable. I've always been athletic so it killed me that I couldn't do a sit-up or a cartwheel without feeling as if I was going to kill myself.
I decided to lose the weight. My book isn't receiving enough attention right now, but I'll reach my weight loss goal soon and then I'll get back to some serious writing.

230-235 pounds a couple of years ago.
I was strength training. I could bench 340, squat 340, pull 280, leg press 1200, and I was fat.
I'm 180-185 now. I can bench 205, I don't squat, pull 200, press 600 and I'm not fat.

240. right now I'm at 234. I want to get down much smaller... but it seems like such a big amount I find it hard to believe. hearing about people that go from 240 to 180 seems incredible! I almost find it imposible to think I can do it. but I'm glad there are people here that admit to these things, because their 'living proof' gives me hope.
My heighest was 180lbs when I was 18 and first went to Uni and moved in with my (now ex) boyfriend, I'm telling you, never again will I do the 'I'll eat what he eats' thing, I have awful flashbacks of nights infront of the TV eating pizzas and then proceeding to finish two tubs of Ben & Jerrys together...ugh.
