HIIT... What to put in my activity log?

Quote  |  Reply

Just changed to HIIT for 30 mins (5 min warm up and 5 min cool down) this week.  In order to put that into my "activity log" what should I put?

"Circuit Training" is the closest I have seen to HIIT. Maybe "elliptical" for 30 mins, even though that is not the same?

Any help would be great! Thanks! Smile

If you've been HIIT-ing on an elliptical trainer then I'm sure it records the estimate of the amount of calories you burned.

I face the problem too when I cycle, so I just type stationary cycling, and put the "vigorous" choice and calculate how much time to put in the box for it to meet what I burned.

So long story short, it doesn't matter how long you recorded you exercised as long as the calories that were burned were recorded... =)
