Hillary Clinton

So I noticed in this website's poll that 33.3% of you voted Hillary Clinton.

I want someone to explain - why? I've never heard a good reason why someone would vote for her.

well, why wouldnt YOU vote for her..?   I'm not into politics all that much, but I just like to hear the "arguments" on each side.  

I think it may be because alot of people say that Bill didnt run the country and Hilary did.. and the country was ran rather well when he was in office..  I was too young to know the difference.. But this is what I usually hear.

Well kipp, personally I'll never vote for Clinton because she's a sold-out career politician whos personal values are whatever the voters are asking for this week, and because she's petty enough to support unimportant legislation like the banning of violent video games to win the votes of the frumpy, uneducated housewives and the angry, bra-burning, man-hating feminists that are her main supporters.

I don't like Hillary either, but after you just unfairly charachterized her and her supporters that way, it makes me feel more like voting for her...

No jules, they arent bra-burning, man-hating feminists because they think a woman could be president, they think a woman MUST be president because they're bra-burning, man-hating feminists.

It's a subtle but important difference.

I'm voting for Hilary Clinton because I want to see Bill Clinton back in the White House as the first ever First Man. I miss Billy Boy! Imagine what trouble he can get into when he's not running the country. I guess its better than not voting at all.

stlgirl, I said it was stupid and immature that she now wanted to vote for Hillary AGAINST her own views, purely out of spite. That is not imformed decision-making.

Everyone is entitled to their own viewpoint, no matter what it is, however I'd ask that people refrain from being inflammatory as such vitriol rarely leads to any sort of useful discussion.

characterizing feminists as bra burning and man-hating is really offensive and misogynistic. as is the assumption that housewives are uneducated.

i do find people who have those views very ignorant. i edited my last post for HK because i know personal attacks are not allowed.
