Hip Hop abs?

Does anyone know where I could get a free downlaod of hip hop abs, I heard it was a really good work out and I don't want go buy it just because I don't want to spend like 60 dollars on something I can get for free, if anyone can help let me know thanks!

hey girl, I dunno where you can get it for free but I bought a bunch of tapes from amazon for like a dollar a piece plus shipping which is maybe 3 dollars.  Yoga Booty Ballet has a hip hop abs..I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about but it's really silly and very fun especially if you have a goofy friend to do it with.. but it kicks your ass at the same time.  Hope this was at least semi helpful

Have you ever tried Zumba?  It is like a mixture of different dance styles- Latin- Salsa, merengue,  Cha Cha, also Hip hop... mixed with an aerobic workout.  It's set to high energy music and is so much fun!  I took my first class last night and they say if you really get into it you can burn up to 1000 calories during a 55 minute workout!

I actually own some of the Hip Hip Abs videos. I bought them for $9 off Ebay. It came with 4 different dvds. I enjoy it, its a fun way to work out. I would check there to see if you can find something cheap. Also, that Yoga Booty Ballet, I havent tried it but I have some friends who LOVE it. I know if you youtube it, there are some video clips that you can watch to see if its somethin you think you would enjoy and actually do for more than a week =]
