Actually, that said, if you let me know your age I can help you out with what you actually burn in a day so you know what's a safe number of calories to aim for per day. Eating too little can result in what's known as "starvation mode" which leads to your body clinging to everything it can get and is counterproductive as well as dangerous. So none of that! D:

- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
