I have cut sodas, juices, and hi-c type things out of my diet
completely. Technically I only drink water. That could get boreing very quickly. ME being the type that needs flavor, I turned to powders! used to HATE drinking water. I mean, hate hate hate! but, luckily propel came up with powdered packets. Pour one in a glass of water and stir. They are great! awesome flavors too. Kiwi-strawberry, berry, lemon. Yum! also crystal light makes green tea flavored ones, orange ones, and peach teas ones..and more. They are great! yeah propel has 10 calories per serving, but that's way better than a can of soda, and still gives you all your variety of flavors.

I found these Minute Maid Light in Cherry Limeaid. It has 10 calories but tastes REAL. I'm really picky so.. it's good =) even my soda loving b/f was fooled. The other flavors kinda suck.. so try to get that one.
Good Earth red tea is awesome too if you like hot drinks sometimes. The caffein free one doesn't list calories, so I assume it's either 0 or some small number. I don't need to sweeten this one at all, it's spicy cinnimony and very sweet all on it's own.

I like water, but sometimes get tired of it. When that happens, I add a splash of juice. Lemon, lime or grapefruit. Doesn't add any appreciable calories and give the water a nice light flavor.
I buy lemon juice in the quart bottle and pour (about 1/4 cup) it in regular bottled water... I like the tart flavor and it is a natural diuretic.... can put it in the freezer about an hour before using and it is slushy ...tastes great and ice water burns more calories... ;-)
