Ok, now that's over... hi! I'm Charly, I'm 18 and I'm a student at University in England. I'm currently about 148 pounds and I want to get down to about 140. I know that's not a lot of weight loss but over the summer I dropped two dress sizes so this really is the 'end' of a rigid weight loss plan.
Whilst I've not gained any weight since coming back to University, I've not lost any either and I'm finding it harder to stay motivated. That's why I've joined this site. If I register every single thing that I put into my body it might encourage me not to stray quite so often.
Also, if things don't go to well I can always vent with one of you. I mean, we all know how frustrating controlling your weight loss/gain can be right?
So that's my story and I'm very pleased to meet all of you =)
