Hey guys - having a bit of a panic and remembered how fab you all were last time....

I'm off on holiday tomorrow - well, holiday, it's more of a course requirement - to Italy, and I was wondering about calorie logging: have you found its better to work out what you're eating or not and how do you do it?  I try not counting but then my brain tricks itself...

Also, I was wondering, I'm at the stage where I really want to eat, but I just can't, has anyone else experienced this?  Doctors tomorrow, haven't been eating much, but I seem to gain on nothing so it should all be OK....

(having said this I'm trying to persuade myself to take an "anorexia holiday", feel a secret glee about eating what I want, I just hope Erik doesn't ride pillion...is it wierd that I named my ed?  And is it weird I named it Erik?!)

Oh, randomly, I'm brit/french, and, can anyone tell me what 'pwn' is?  I see it all the time!  But then I say 'squiffy' a lot, and no one understands!

At first I deleted this post because I thought that you were promoting bad habits...so sorry...I didn't read every exact word over so I got confused!

As far as answering your post, I would not worry about counting, but just make sure that you eat meals throughout the day and frequent.

I don't think that it is silly to name ed, I just don't think that you should give him that much credit....disown EriK completely!!

Anyway, good luck at the doctors...and message me if you need too!

haha no worries...ta for the advice...I thought that if I named it it would be easier to separate from myself and therefore easier to tell to f off.  hmmm.
