Does the Hollywood Juice diet really work?
Asked by misscosmo on Dec 27, 2008 in Weight Loss

Answer

The Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet is basically a juice-fast.   For $25, you get 32 ounces of juice concentrate fortified with vitamins and minerals.  You sip on the juice, along with water, all throughout the day for an intake of 800 calories.  The juice delivers a dose of deprivation that may lead to overeating when food becomes available.  The Hollywood Juice diet does nothing to promote permanent weight management.  It is a waste of money and time.
