So...I need to do some cardio of some sort. Its too dark to go jogging, the gym is closed, and I don't own any equipment. Any ideas?

Go online and google..at home bootcampt workouts. no equipment needed. or you can buy some taebo dvds. a guaranteed kick butt workout. jump rope

jump rope sounds fun.

jump rope is a fantastic cardio workout, tons of fitness models/competitors do it because it burns crazy calories and gives great results

but it is a lot harder then it looks!

I had the exact same problem.  I bought a mini trampoline for $30 and now I jog on it every morning while watching television.  I've lost 18 lbs so far!

I just bought a jump rope with weighted handles (Wal-Mart). It is hard work. I don't remember jumping rope being such a work-out from when I was a child!!
