I did a pretty rockin lower body and core workout yesterday.  3 sets of Bulgarian Split Squats, 3 sets of Single Arm-Single Leg Deadlifts, 3 sets of Jump Squats and 3 sets of Alpine Skiers for the legs.  3 sets of Ab Wheel, 2 sets of Planks (Bridges), 2 sets of Weighted Fast Standing Twists, 2 sets of Medicine Ball Seated Rotations (12lbs), 2 sets of Arms Extended Weighted Crunches and 2 sets of Chest Weighted Crunches for Abs.  It was a task just to sit down this morning!  I need to go for a run today and hit my shoulders too.  I am thinking a 30 minute run, 5-10 minutes of stairs mixed in, Standing Dumbell Shoulder Presses, Front Shoulder Raises, Side Shoulder Raises, Bent-Over Rear Shoulder Raises and then finish it off with some powerband stuff for a good burn.  School starts back tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what effect that has on my eating and exercise habits.

Today I did 27 minutes of Maximum Cardio Intensity the step part.

 Today was a 30mn walk with the dog and Cathe's IMAX 2 for an hour!

I also plan a doing ab work this evening....

I did 30 mns of Cathe's Step Jam......old one but hey I broke a good sweat.

Today was Cathe's "Bootcamp"! I have a love/hate thing with this workout!

I just did Cathe's get in shape for your wedding 30 mns of it. I am going to try and get up early tomorrow before I take my kids to school and exercise. I have to be at a funeral at 9:30 in the morning :( and I will be too drained to do it afterwards........so if not I will take tomorrow off and be back at it Friday!

What did you all do?

Today I did Cathe's Cardio Kicks plus walked the dog. I take our labrador for a 30-50mn walk every morning at 5am!
I did 90 minutes of full court basketball last night (had practice) and a pushup routine for chest (I have the Perfect Pushup apparatus).  Today I did 5 sets of standing overhead triceps extensions and ab work consisting of the ab wheel and other fun stuff (meaning stuff that sucked).  I think I will finish off with some dips.  Is tomorrow weigh-in?
Didn't quite hit the goals today - 20 mins on the treadmill, 10 minutes of halfhearted crunches.

Did Cathe's Step,Jump & Pump workout for  75mn. Also added on some pushups, dips, reverse lunges and crunches!

I am determined to use all the help I can get since I know accountability leads to motivation.....  Thanks for starting this thead :-)

35 minutes of elliptical for me today ;-)
45 minutes of walking so far (early afternoon).  Not sure if I will add something else before the end of the day.
I did a whole hour on the treadmill yesterda! Not all of it was pushing the intensity, but I still did it.  Going to try for at least 40 minutes of really working up a sweat today.
Today was my "off" day from exercise for the week. Saturday I have an hour of strength training followed by my elliptical. Sunday I spend an hour on the elliptical!
