What "at home" fitness videos does Ev1 have?
I just began the walk away the pounds video and i love it. i have ordered another of the series on my netflix account..looking forward to trying it out as well
just curious what others may be doing for at home exercise and what they think of it as compared to getting out in jogging or going to a gym.

I am doing a couple different videos by Prevention Fitness Systems with the trainer Chris Freytag. One video is circuit training (3 min cardio, 2 min weights, 1 min abs in 6 circuits), the other is a personal training video where you pick your cardio and weights yourself. I went to the gym for 3 years and have found that using free weights at home has given me much better results. I plan on trying out some of her other videos soon. She has a dance cardio one that looks like fun!
I wholey recommend Power 90. Its no frills to the point. I am using the masters series now :)
i have seen the infomercial on power 90 and its seems way too advanced for me...is it as hard as it looks...do u have a hard time doing it for 90 staright days or do ever take a day or two off?
From 7:00-8:00am Monday through Friday morning, lifetime(channel 39) hosts first Denise Austin and then Pod Fitness trainers, who do different workouts each day that are really fun and you don't get bored. Plus its free!
I have a whole series of Tae Bo DVDs, but my fave is Fat Blasting Cardio. I interchange that with my Power Yoga and balance ball pilates DVDs to get some variety in there, and work on muscle tone and flexibility.
Denise Austin's Personal Training System. It was different levels of cardio, upper body weights, lower body, and a great ab and stretch section. I highly reccomend it.
I have geri Halliwell (ex spice girl) yoga video, its pretty good :)
I personally LOVE the Ministry of Sound's Pump It Up dance aerobics video series. The music is really fun, the moves are really fun, and you can really "Feel the Burn!" (to quote one of the instructors).
Tae-Bo Boot Camp with Billy Bands
Tae-Bo Fat Blasting workout
Tae-Bo Cardio
Kathy Smith Step Aerobics
Kathy Smith Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2
Yoga Zone - a variety of them about 4 videos.
Love them all

Hip Hop Abs works for me
Funny thing. I still have all the "Buns of Steel" video series and, if it's raining outside and I can't ride my bike, it's still a great little video. I personally prefer the "Abs of Steel" and the "Thighs of Steel."
It's also just funny to see all the horrible late-eightees fashions these ladies wear. Too funny. Great aerobic work-out, though!

Hey there :)
Great question.
I have several that I use and LOVE. They are mostly by www.beachbody.com.
Turbo Jam rocks. It has SEVERAL workouts ranging from 20 min to 45 and it is easy to learn, very energetic and motivating. Here is one of several threads where you will find fellow CC'ers who do it.
Slim in 6 is another popular one amongst CC'ers. See this thread for a bunch of info on it.
My newest is Hip Hop Abs. It's a lot of fun and very much like dancing. I am convinced I am not doing the technique quite right though because I don't feel the burn the way many do (and it's not because I have rock hard abs already :).
If you want more specific info about any of them please feel free to PM me (anyone, not just the OP).
I will share all I can :)

The Firm: Not So Tough Aerobics and Tough Aerobics tape 2
Not so tough will give you great cardio with weights, and you can vary the weights and step heights to make it work for any level of intensity that you desire. Tough Tape 2 will work all of your muscles. I love all of the Firm videos.
