Makes 16 servings


Great low-fat high protein dip

Ingredients
18 ounce of chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt (sea)
1/4 tsp fresh pepper (ground)
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. (Water is both 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp or 110 ml total)

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Remains fresh refrigerated for 6 days.
