Lasagna with meat sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Lasagna

1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 oz ground beef
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups pasta sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz parmesan cheese
1 large egg
12 oz lasagne pasta
2 tbsp italian seasoning, dried
2 tbsp parsley, dried
2 tbsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Home Made Lasagna

  1. Saute diced onion in olive oil and then add beef

  2. In a bowl, combine egg, ricotta and parsley

  3. When beef is browned add Ragu or pasta sauce

  4. Spray baking dish with cooking spray

  5. Put some sauce at the bottom

  6. Put lasagna noodles, ricotta mix, beef sauce, mozzarella and parmesan

  7. Repeat

  8. Top with mozzarella and parmesan

  9. Cook in 350 F oven, covered for 45 mins and then uncovered for 15 mins.
