Home Pilates - Anyone using ProForm reformer?
I'm using a high-end reformer in PT, and would like to do the exercises at home to augment my PT sessions. What my PT uses is way to expensive for me to even think about. But I did some research, and I can get the ProForm reformer for $200.
The thing is, there are certain factors that are critical for my therapy -- the largest being the smoothness of the bed glide. It has to be absolutely smooth; like gliding on ice just after the Zamboni's gone through. And this isn't something I can test on the web.
Anyone familiar with this reformer? The low price makes it very attractive, but also questionable. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
