Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. warm wet ingredients gently on the hob

  2. combine all dry ingredients except for fruit in a large bowl

  3. pour on wet mix to dry and stir well to comibine

  4. spread onto 2/3 lined baking trays

  5. bake for 45 minutes at gas 3/160c. Stir every 10-15 minutes to break up into clusters.

  6. Add fruit and stir in then bake for 20 minutes more.
