Homemade Logs.....(exercise)
Does anyone have a nifty exercise/work out log spreadsheet they would care to share???? I would truly appreciate it!

I printed some graph paper online that I can graph my measurements and weight loss on... 2 seperate ones I keep on the fridge....also helps keep me out of it, LOL

Hi,
I've been working on one to track my calories and on-going totals for my calorie deficit/surplus. The cool thing is that I've been using google (the excel sheets of course) documents in gmail. You probably are hipper than me and already know about it but if not, they rock. You can make it public, share them or whatever you like. Very user friendly and they save automatically whenever you enter anything into a cell. Check it out if you're not yet familiar.
