Homemade Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Delicious! Save calories with Equal instead of honey or sugar. Fruit is loaded with calories but the yogurt in here will help keep you full (protein). Use whatever fruit you want. A handul should do!

Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat plain yogurt or silken tofu
5 strawberries
5 raspberries
1/2 banana
1 ice cube or to desired consistency
1/2 t mint (or freeze leaves in ice cubes) (optional)
1 packet Sweet N Low or Equal
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Drink.

  3. Enjoy.
