Healthy spaghetti sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

28 ounces of whole tomatoes
8 ounces of tomato sauce
3 ounces of tomato paste
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1/4 orange bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh herbs
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Add hamburger, garlic and oil olive to a medium pot until all hamburger is cooked thoroughly.

  2. Add in whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and bell peppers and a small amount of water to the pot.

  3. Season with fresh herbs and salt and pepper.

  4. Let simmer for approx. 30 minutes.
