Twice baked potatoes with low sodium bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Twice Baked Potatoes

30 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1132 grams Cheddar Cheese
8 tbsp Salted Butter
2 cup Whole Milk
16 serving Bacon Low Salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Bake potatoes and then scoop out insides

  2. Bake or fry 2 lbs of bacon and drain

  3. Chop up bacon

  4. Mix potato insides with milk, butter, most of cheese and all of the bacon. Sprinkle remainder ogf cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

  5. Serve warm with sour cream if desired
