Recipe Ingredients for Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
| 2 | kg pork, ribs, center-cut |
| 4 | tbsp soy sauce, light |
| 4 | tbsp syrup, corn |
| 2 | tbsp honey, liquid |
| 2 | cup sugar, brown |
| 12 | cloves garlic, fine crushed |
| 1 | cup water |
Recipe Directions for Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
- Separate ribs at each rib
- Cook ribs in oven at 350 for about an hour, mixing every 15 minutes or so.
- Cook all remaining ingredients in pot on top of stove, and boil until they thicke
- In large pot, combine all ingredients, and cook on low on top of stove for anothe hour stirring occasionally
