Honey Garlic Spare Ribs Recipe

Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

Ingredients
2 kg pork, ribs, center-cut
4 tbsp soy sauce, light
4 tbsp syrup, corn
2 tbsp honey, liquid
2 cup sugar, brown
12 cloves garlic, fine crushed
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Separate ribs at each rib

  2. Cook ribs in oven at 350 for about an hour, mixing every 15 minutes or so.

  3. Cook all remaining ingredients in pot on top of stove, and boil until they thicke

  4. In large pot, combine all ingredients, and cook on low on top of stove for anothe hour stirring occasionally
