Honey (Hibernation) Diet
Some banterings around the office about the benefits of honey in dieting/weight loss. Apparently taking 1-2 tbsp before bedtime aids in sleep and stimulates the liver's activity in fat burning while you sleep. Anyone have any experience w/ this?
I have no idea but that would be a perfect question to ASK MARY.
That's funny taking it before bedtime because I take bee pollen to give me some extra energy.
