Thanks.
From what I understand, true Hoodia cannot be found in the US anyway. I went to Africa last year for 2 months, and my co-workers (Africans) had never heard of Hoodia, but one guy did eat this nugget of stuff that he said kept him awake. I wasn't trying it, especially since he said that he had bought it locally and not as it was shown on television, with men out working in the 'bush' eating it to keep their energy up.
The Hoodia that I purchased at the 'health' food stores in the US did nothing for me. They say that Oprah used it, but have you seen her lately? Must not work for her either!
I bought a cheap box from a well known grocery store. Paid a little less than $10 for it. I'm not sure how much of it is actually Hoodia, but it seems to be working. I'm always hungry, no matter what I eat. I have very healthy eating habits, so I am just using it to keep me from feeling SO hungry! I only take one pill at a time, because I'm sure it has caffeine in it. I've used it for only two days now, but I no longer feel the need to constantly snack on stuff. I still eat my salad and walnuts and my two slices of wheat toast with a pat of margarine, ground turkey, veggies, strawberries, but don't feel the urge to top it off with a couple pieces of candy or a dab (or more) of ice cream.
One word of caution. Don't let it wear off! Or you will eat yourself out of house and home!
Oh, and the energy is great!
