Hoodia information.... for anyone taking it or thinking of trying!

You've heard the ads (with guarantee!), you've gotten the emails (loose 30lbs in 30 days naturally!), and seen it at health food or pharmacy stores...... The magical hoodia plant that the natives use to curb hunger on long hunting trips, now can be yours!

Don't bother wasting your money!

Here's a few reasons why:

  1. Hoodia is only active in it's plant state.  Once dried and in powder form, it's completely ineffective.
  2. Like mentioned before, the plant is protected.  To add to that, hoodia is a pretty rare plant.  If all the pills that claim they have hoodia in them was real, the plants would have all been harvested 1000 times over.
  3. It's not FDA approved.  So they could have anything in those pills you're taking. Scary!
I work for a company that distributes pharmacy items and I was upset that we started carrying this product.  I was even able to get a few people who ordered it in the office to return it!

I like Hoodia.  My friend LOVES Hoodia.  I got the kind with a certification from South America.  I did my research and found the only company that had certs and any testing results in  the news (albeit not a totally independent study)

It definitely help me feel satisfied, but does not curb my need to munch which derives from boredom.  I can snack even when not hungry.

ok so what's the company's name?
yay for placebos!!!!!!
I don't care if it's placebos - if it works for me!
"I don't care if it's placebos - if it works for me!"

then that's good!  I just hope you don't pay too much for them ;)

furthermore, how are there not more class action suits against the companies that put out these placebos and metabolic cancers?
good question.  the 'snake oils' and the companies that make them should be held accountable for lying to people!
I recently tried Hoodia..it works for me.  Really supresses those hunger cravings especially during eating or snack times.  MAKE SURE TO USE A CERTIFIED COMPANY.  I used Hooditrim.com. They post the certificate on the website and also send you a copy with your order.  Do not skip meals though if you do starve yourself you will eventually binge.

ummmmm, does it really matter what company you use when it's a placebo?  Nope!
I tried Hoodia and I started smelling like it!  Yuck...It really grossed me out.  I didnt find that it worked either...I stopped taking it and stuck with just plain old calorie counting and lots of water with crytal light to curb my hunger.  Seems to be working.
