Hoodia Supplment, control food cravings

i just go these hoodia supplements that are suppose to control your eating, they "make you feel full" is what I have read it sends message*signals to your brain saying your full

Well anyways I just started it yesterday and It works really well..

I take 2 pills 1 hour before i eat... and i still keep my mealshealthy and small calories intake

but normally i would want a craving for more food or still feel hungry these pills do work..

ANyone had these before?

I like Hoodia, they seem to work very well at controlling appetite. But I did notice that I had an increase in acne at one point after taking them for a couple of months. I'm not sure if that was due to lack of enough water in my diet or the pills directly but I do remember seeing that someone else had problems with acne after taking Hoodia.

Otherwise I used to also make fruit and yogurt shakes in the morning with a couple of tablets blended in. Worked great!!

They made me hungrier.  Pist me off since I spent $150 on it!

I've started using the hoodia patches and I've also noticed that I feel more full all the time so it helps me to keep my portions under control.  I'm only on a trial pack, but if I continue to see results by the end of the trial, I'll probably end up buying more of them.

I got the pills at walmart for 20 bucks for 60 capsules
