Do these patches really help you loose weight? Has anyone tried them?  I am just wondering if I should try them or not.

April?

NO!!!! All that stuff is just a waste of money.....you spend more money and lose less weight.
Remember that a "patch" is just a delivery method. Hoodia patches work the same way Hoodia supplements do. Which is >> THEY DON'T!!
Down with Hoodia! Think like I do,....cause Ive tried every supplement there is...if something was a great as it says so on tv, radio...etc.  You couldnt buy it for a couple bucks.....RIGHT...!!!
Oh yeah..i tried hoodia...that was it for me! That was the last one I tried, it made my face break out!  Down with Hoodia!

Eat, sleep and exercise

That is the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me! I went from 160-110

wherever there is someone hurting there is someone else willing to hurt them more - we have the power to change our weight, really we are blessed because all we have to do is know that every single decision we make is either right for us or wrong for us - then just choose right consistently - no patches needed
Cheers to that! Thats so true!  Thanks man! I like that!
DONT BOTHER! Waste of money- all these do is make your wallet lighter!

I wasted a laod of money on hoodia tablets and patches and they dont work a bit- not even a little bit!

save your money and spend it on some healthy food instead.
Thanks for the feed back I am glad you all told that they suck I was tempted to buy a months worth to see if they would help burn fat and curb my cravings.
Try some hearty nutritious food to kill cravings and exercise will always burn fat :)
